Nope. Most of our customers aren't home — they give us a door code or key box access and we let ourselves in. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're done. Your home will be locked back up exactly as we found it.
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?+
Yes — that's one of the things we care about most. We assign you a primary technician so they get to know your home and your preferences over time. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, we'll let you know in advance.
What if something gets damaged?+
We're fully insured and bonded. If something goes wrong, tell us — we'll make it right. You'll talk to a real person and we'll sort it out quickly — no forms, no waiting weeks.
What's included in a standard clean?+
Kitchen surfaces, stovetop, sink, and appliance exteriors. All bathrooms — toilets, sinks, showers and tubs, mirrors. All floors swept and mopped. Dusting throughout. Beds made if linens are out.
How does pricing work?+
Flat rates based on your home's square footage and how often you'd like service. Weekly is the best value, monthly is full price. You'll get an exact quote before you confirm anything.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Of course. Just text us and we'll sort it. No cancellation fees — at least for now. We'd rather reschedule you than lose you over a schedule conflict.
Do you work around pets?+
Absolutely. We'll ask about your pets during intake. Your cleaner will be briefed before they arrive. We just ask that dogs are secured and cats aren't in rooms being cleaned.
Is this all done by text? Really?+
Really. Booking, reminders, invoices, questions — all over SMS. If you ever want to talk to a person instead, just say so and someone from our team will respond in the same thread within a few minutes.
