Pajama Llama Home Services LLC ("Pajama Llama," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us via SMS, including your name, phone number, home address, square footage, entry instructions, and pet or access notes. We also collect appointment history, payment records, and conversation history with our AI agent, Larry.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, schedule, and invoice for cleaning services; to communicate with you about appointments and payments; to improve Larry's accuracy and service quality; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising.
3. SMS Data and TCPA
Your phone number is used exclusively for service-related communications: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, invoice delivery, and customer support. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We log all SMS consent events for TCPA compliance and retain these logs for 5 years.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (Supabase for database storage, Twilio for SMS delivery, Stripe for payments, and Anthropic for AI processing). All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
5. AI Processing
Your SMS conversations with Larry are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses. Conversation data is used to provide the service and may be used to improve service quality. We do not share your identifying information with Anthropic beyond what is transmitted in the conversation content.
6. Payment Data
We do not store credit card numbers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you click a payment link, you interact directly with Stripe's secure checkout. We store only the Stripe payment intent ID and confirmation status.
7. Data Retention
We retain your customer profile and service history for as long as you are an active customer plus 3 years after your last interaction. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us or by texting Larry. SMS consent logs are retained for 5 years to meet compliance requirements and cannot be deleted on request.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion (subject to retention requirements above), and opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@pajamallama.ai.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted database connections, row-level security policies, and access controls to protect your data. We do not guarantee absolute security but take all reasonable precautions.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted at pajamallama.com/privacy with an updated effective date.
