Home Cleaner

$18–$22/hr + tips

The core of what we do. You'll be assigned a consistent roster of clients — same homes, same people, same schedule week to week. No warehouse, no uniform, no micromanagement.

Ideal candidate

Detail-oriented, takes pride in the work, doesn't need to be told twice.

What we're looking for

Reliable transportation to job sites
Smartphone with texting capability
Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
Physical stamina — this is real work
Pass a background check

Senior Home Cleaner

Full-time
$22–$28/hr + tips

You've got experience and it shows. Senior cleaners take on deep cleans, move-outs, and new client onboarding. You'll also be the person new hires learn from — not through a training binder, but by working alongside you.

Ideal candidate

Efficient, thorough, and calm under pressure. Someone clients request by name.

What we're looking for

2+ years of professional cleaning experience
Experience with move-out or deep cleaning preferred
Reliable transportation
Pass a background check
Available at least 4 days per week

Operations Coordinator

Part-time · Remote-friendly
$17–$20/hr

Help Larry keep everything running. Scheduling, client communication, dispatch, and logistics. This is an SMS-first operation — you'll be living in text threads, not email chains. Organized people with good instincts thrive here.

Ideal candidate

You get things done without needing to be asked twice. You actually like systems.

What we're looking for

Extremely organized and responsive
Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
Reliable phone and internet access
Available Mon–Sat, some flexibility needed
Previous scheduling or coordination experience a plus
