Do I have to be home when you clean?
No. Most of our clients leave a key or share an entry code. You'll know exactly who is coming and when — and we'll text you when the team arrives and when they're done. If you prefer to be home, that's totally fine too.
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes, that's intentional. You're assigned a primary technician who learns your home, your preferences, and your pet names. We protect that relationship because it's what makes the service actually work. If your primary is ever out, we'll let you know in advance.
What if something gets damaged?
We're licensed and insured. Text us, we'll respond quickly, and we'll make it right — no forms, no case numbers, no runaround. It's rare, but it happens, and we handle it directly.
What's included in a standard clean?
All living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. We vacuum, mop, dust surfaces, clean sinks, tubs, toilets, counters, and stovetop. Mirrors and glass get wiped down. Interior windows are not included (see deep clean). We bring our own supplies unless you have a preference.
How does pricing work?
Flat rate based on your home's square footage. No estimates that become invoices — the number on our pricing page is what you pay. A $250 minimum applies to all visits. We don't charge extra for number of bedrooms or bathrooms.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Text us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll move it, no fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $65 late cancellation fee — that's our technician's time.
Do you work around pets?
Absolutely. Let us know what you have and any preferences. Most of our technicians are pet people themselves. We ask that pets are secured or confined during the clean so the team can move freely — not because we don't like them, but because it keeps things safe.
Is this all done by text? Really?
Yes. Booking, confirmations, reminders, invoices, feedback — all via SMS. We built the whole communication layer around it because it's what people actually use. You'll never be asked to log into anything.

How do I get started?
Text Larry at (678) 798-8680. Tell him your address and what you're looking for. He'll get back to you with a price and available times — usually within a few minutes during business hours.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Every one of them, before their first day. We're also licensed and insured. You can ask us for documentation at any time.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. If you have specific products you prefer — or products you don't want used — just let us know. We're happy to use what you have or to accommodate sensitivities.
